On the 1st April 2026 we became the Essex ICB and now commission services for the whole of Essex. This survey on attendance at A&E is our first covering the whole of Essex and and an area of health care that many people have views on.

We have produced this survey to understand the reasons why people visit A&E more than five times in a year. The feedback provided will support us to improve services and support care closer to home.
