Patients Know Best (PKB) is the online patient portal used by Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust for patients to securely view some of their health information online via the PKB web portal or NHS App, such as outpatient appointment details, inpatient discharge letters, and radiology test reports.
We would like to hear from you, our patients and local residents, about your experience using PKB. We would also like to hear your feedback if you have chosen not to use PKB. The feedback will help us understand how PKB is currently used, what works well, any barriers to access or use, and where improvements are needed.
The survey is for people who use, Southend, Basildon and Broomfield hospitals and asks about:
how you use PKB to access some of your hospital information and your overall experience
which features you find most useful
any difficulties or barriers to using PKB
how the service could be improved
how PKB supports your involvement in your care.
Your answers will help inform future development of PKB and improve patient engagement, communication, and overall experience.
The survey is quick to complete. Responses are anonymous unless you choose to provide contact details.
