Learning Disability Event at Waterside

The PCN attended the Learning Disability and Autism Event at Waterside on Wednesday 17th June, where we delivered just under 40 free NHS Health Checks and supported patients with advice and signposting. With a wide range of local services also in attendance, the event was a great success and highlighted the importance of accessible, community-based care within the LD community.
